We are seeking a Tender Manager (m/f) to lead comprehensive bid development across our construction portfolio in Riyadh. You will architect full tender strategies — from initial document analysis through final submission — coordinating pricing, risk assessment, and multi-disciplinary team input to secure high-value projects. Your role centers on dissecting commercial and technical requirements, defining cost parameters, shaping competitive proposals, and ensuring seamless compliance with Saudi procurement frameworks. You'll manage prequalification documentation, steer concurrent bid timelines, and drive the decision-making that turns opportunities into contracts. This position offers direct impact on project acquisition in one of the region's most dynamic construction markets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in tendering and bidding processes within the construction industry, with a preference for experience in Gulf countries, particularly Saudi Arabia.
Proven track record of successfully managing and winning large-scale construction tenders and bids.
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction market, regulations, and tendering procedures.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tender submissions concurrently.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Experience in leading a tendering team, providing guidance, support, and mentoring as needed.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
